His passion for horses began at age 18 with Strike Plate Farm, and over the decades, he has developed deep expertise in both thoroughbreds and quarter horses. With significant experience in breeding and foaling thoroughbreds, Jeff also cherishes his time spent owning and managing thoroughbreds, with many treasured memories from Thistledown and Mountaineer racetracks. Today, Jeff takes immense pride in his role at Howlett Ranch, where he contributes actively to equine operations and enjoys witnessing the ongoing modernization and enhancements of the ranch.
